I do have to add that the train was loud when we were awake in the room without the air on and the tv low, but that cannot be
avoid
ed, and most of the hotels in this area have that problem.

We asked for a refridgerator for our room and was brought one promptly but it had no been cleaned out and there were the remains of someone elses food going mouldy - this was
avoid
able if the staff had checked properly.

While walking we could hear the trains from blocks away so don't

the Hampton Inn.

I would totally recommend this Hampton to someone looking for a great deal and great location, but you MUST make sure you

the train track rooms.

We ended up getting an upgraded room when we moved to
avoid
the train noise -- and when they messed up by throwing out the food in our refrigerator during the room move, they gave us a great room discount to make up for the cost/hassle.
