1. Driving around the hotel is also annoying as the trains pass quite frequently blocking the street for a while.

7. Unfortunately, they have the Coaster, Amtrak, and the Trolley going right by the hotel at night and there are bells that accompany all of them (which is what was annoying, not necessarily the sound of the trains).
