1. i would recommend this hotel if you want a fabulous location and an excellent view of the beach at a very reasonable cost ,but just be aware that the rooms and the actual hotel is vey unimpressive, dated, and unappealing.

2. (wondering if we got a different room due to the date mix up?) We were on the public parking side, 2nd floor and there was some noise at night but it didn't last long.
