There are several other oceanfront hotels in the immediate area, with roughly the same amenities for comparable rates, though most sit further back (mixed blessing) from the boardwalk and ocean, some are just too chic (`No bare feet or bathing suits in lobby` in one totally turned me off), and this is the only one (I believe) which is part of a chain - those high summer rates rack up a lot of points on my Best Western account.
