3. the only thing bad about this property is that the pool and hot tub, (which are ocean front also) close at 10pm.

4. The only bad thing was paying for parking(at hotel), not sure why you have to pay, they have a nice sized parking lot, may be more crowded in summer months.

10. The only bad thing was you can hear everything in the room next to you, in the hall outside of your room, and there was a beeping noise that continued all night.
