When we checked I had mentioned that ot was my wifes birthday so she sang her happy birthday (great voice too) and gave us a free desert at the Melting pot next door, the valet driver was probably the most kindest valet driver I have ever came across, usually they are rude and I kind of regret giving them the keys to my car.

2. made reservation several months in advance, was told over phone and at desk could check in at 2:30, left our bags and came back at 2:30, was told rooms were not cleaned and check in time was 4o'clock, lady at desk was rude, and was more concerned in showing us She was in charge.
