1. We had a bad experience with a tour that was completely separate of the hotel and they called their contacts and had the problem fixed -- they went WAY beyond their responsibility.

4. The only problem was the noise from the street as well as loud music from the nightclub located in the basement.

5. There is no restaurant on site at the moment but there should be one soon, not that its a problem as there are so many bars and restaurants within the area that the choice is endless.

6. The only thing that was a problem for us was the late night sirens and street music til 2am on 5th street the 'IN' place to be for night life.

After the check out I called and spoke with the manager explainig what happend that either its HAUNTED or it has Serious ELETRICAL problems and all the inconvinience, she responded that I must be wrong because other people stayed there and had no complains and that they wouldnt do anything for us.
