1. For my second night, the internet was totally down and wouldn't be back until next morning which caused a problem.

3. Other problems included, tired looking bathroom and tiny bit of toliet paper left on roll that required a call to the front desk to fix even after housekeeping cleaned the first morning.

10. Other than a problem with the included high speed internet, staining on the furniture upholstery, some visible mold in the shower and loose fixtures on the sink our room was clean, enjoyable and homey.
