1. Wi-fi was free and generally worked well, although they did have a system issue the morning we left.

3. Bed was not extremely comfortable (could have been due to back issues) but have been told since my recent trip to contact downstairs or housekeeping for extra blankets and pillows to make it more comfortable to my liking (the beds are Sealy Posturepedic mattresses in all rooms).
