Only complaints: [1] to access room, either take stairs to 3rd floor or wait for single elevator [which is used as service elevator also]; [2] only ice machine is on 2nd floor of building with NO vending machine available; need to go to nearby buildings or pool areas to find a vending machine, [3] Casa del Mar building is farthest building from lobby and its a good 3-4 minute walk from room to lobby, [4] Proximity of Shelter Island to attractions.
