2. The Cabrillo National Monument at Point Loma was a place that we went on our last day in San Diego, it cost $5 per vehicle and the pass was for 7 days, so it's too bad we didn't go there first and then just use the pass to go back for another time.

3. Overall, I rate this hotel with the highest regard, as I have had much bad luck in the past and usually expect the worst.

4. Later we talked to Chris at the front desk and he offered to move us to another room but when we tried the other room in the old section of the hotel it was just as bad so we stayed where we were.

8. Neither are super close/walking distance, but if you are okay with driving they are about 5 minutes away when traffic isn't bad.
