1. We had NO issues or problems for our 3 night stay.

2. The only problem I had was the first night I was awaken at 3am by the sounds of the seals barking (but the hotel has no control over that and honestly, we are in their territoty).

6. Only criticism is the noise of a fan all night in room 266, which is apparently above the kitchen--when we complained the following morning, we learned the staff is aware of the problem but still puts guests in the room even when not full.

7. We had borrowed a friend's car and had some problems with it and Patrick came out to help us.

8. Only problems we had in the room were, the air con was old fashioned and although it worked it was very noisy so could not be left on overnight so the room did get very hot, also there were ants.
