2. I came across the Bay Club after being totally frustrated with numerous other local hotels that would not guarantee the room we booked, namely a harbour view, would be the room we got upon arrival.

3. The only 'complaint' was they didn't have your normal fitted mattress protector (just a flat padding) under the fitted sheet and when you roll over, the corners would pop off which was a little frustrating but not a deal breaker.
