1. Definitely doesn't feel 'high end' due to the dated appearance, but everyrhing else about it is great.

(on a side note; something similar happened to me while on another trip to San Francisco and a member of the staff ran up to bring the new key rather than making me trudge back down to the lobby)Summary - - - - The room: To sum up the room, my wife put it perfectly when she said, 'It's rather dated, isn't it? You know, there's not a single thing in this room I would have in our house even if it was given to us.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the hotel to end our 3 week holiday in America and to celebrate my Birthday, the staff was very pleasant, the room was a great size, lovely and clean and the view over the Marina was amazing, also the complimentary breakfast was fab, anyone being put off by the pictures of the hotel looking dated, don't be, it's not the most modern hotel you will go to but it is clean, tidy, friendly, with a great pool area and lovely views and for a really good price, we would defiantly stay again and recommend it.
