I observed her treat other guests

too, and it would be a shame to have one ill-placed staff member tarnish people's impression of what is an otherwise wonderful place to stay.

Our car keys were lost, we were unapologetically treated

by the valet staff, and then we had to wait at least 30 minutes for the valet to deliver our car (sometimes up to 1-1/2 hours).
