1. Street parking (on the side street) was never an issue with us, but if you park on the main street, be sure to read the signs as they wash the streets and you can't park on a certain side on a certain day.

3. We later figured out the air conditioning unit was set to the hottest temp, but it would have been nice if the staff person would have helped us with this issue.

4. ) I had no issue with parking even though I am a terrible parallel parker, and the neighborhood was very safe.

5. My only regret is that they won`t rent jacuzzi tub rooms to people with children due to insurance issues, so that limits selection greatly.

Upon check-out, after multiple trips up and down the stairs to get all our suitcases back to our rental and returning the hair dryer to the front desk, the desk clerk said he wasn`t surprised by our microwave/coffee pot electrical problem, stating that these old homes were built in the 1930`s and all had a lot of wiring issues.

7. Be warned- the breakfast is not really anything at all, so if you have low blood sugar issues, you may want to know that you will most likely have to make other breakfast arrangements.
