1. I think your big expense was furnishings and that is a given in your bizz as well as construction cost for adding walls to create more rooms.

(our favorite room is called the Park Place)I also want to comment on how perfect the Inn is kept and how perfect the grounds are kept, even to the detail when flowers are not in bloom or in season the owner/manager has placeed expensive silk flowers and foilage in areas to bring extra life and color for his or her quests to enjoy.
