1. One minor problem, is that the walls are not well insulated (as the property must be over 20 years old) and so we could hear the guests on the floor above walking around.

3. For our room, the only drawback was that the air conditioner gave off a bit of a musty smell (I didn't notice the same problem in my sister's room - which was also much roomier) however it worked.

7. The kitchen had full range and stove and microwave - we brought a lot of groceries and made our own meals without any problems.

8. The one huge problem is the crowded parking area that doesn't have much room to back out of without risk of hitting cars parked behind.
