1. The negatives are that it is not in a good location for sightseeing, is not in a pretty area and there are limited places to eat nearby.

4. Our only negative is that they would not accept our debit travel card which was annoying( the only place that wouldn't in 3 weeks of traveling in the US) We discovered a nice little Italian restaurant nearby called 'Cucina Freshca & sons' with good old fashioned service and home style cooked food.
