1. The only minor complaint that we have has nothing to do with the hotel itself but the guests, the guest who chose to smoke outside of their rooms often threw their cigarette butt into the parking lots rather than using an ashtray which was not only unsightly but unsafe for those that don't have shoes on.

2. My only complaint would be to have the hotel invest in an air deflector for the air conditioner.

3. Our only complaint was the continental breakfast, which didn't offer many food choices and was held in a room that was too small to accomodate more than a handful of guests.

8. I was initially disheartened because our family of six was only given one shampoo and one bar of soap on the first night, but when we went to the front desk, they gave us a handful of complimentary items with no complaints.
