2. Even with the 'incident' of a broken water main on our first night, leaving all of us with no showers for 36 hours, the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and were profusely apologetic about the accident (which wasn't in any way their fault to begin with.

7. Our guest`s car was broken into the second night and the hotel would net help offset the costs of fixing the smashed window, they did not even check on us for the rest of our stay.
