1. Don't know whether she did or not, but thankfully we did not experience the problem again (either that, or the offending employees don't go to work that early on Saturday mornings.

4. We did experience a bit of a problem with the hot water in the north bldg however as experienced traveler's I understand 'things' happen and the hotel staff did acknowledge there was a problem.

9. This wouldnt be a problem is you had a car but the taxi trip to the zoo one day and into Seaport Village the next was about $25 each.
