1. One night the people across the hall were being noisy until 1am, so I called the front desk because my kids couldnt sleep.

6. Would loved to have given this hotel 5 stars as we really enjoyed our stay BUT it is very noisy - you can hear the planes and you can hear the peoople walking around you in the room above and talking in the room next door.
