1. It was fixed but did take probably 45 minutes from the time we arrived in our room by which time it was extremely late for our poor children.

2. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly but the early evening snack was very poor quality so don't count on it to replace dinner as a way of saving money, we had to go out and eat every night we were there.
