1. Unfortunately, we experienced the same noise issues outside of our room again Friday morning.

2. While close to the airport (you can hear the planes taking off and landing when outdoors), noise was not an issue inside the building.

9. The other issue was when we checked in the second time,late, very tired after a long cross country flight, our door lock didn't work and they had to send a technician to fix it.

10. There were no tea towels in our room the first time but the big issue was when we took a clean towel out of the pile to dry our child after the bath, it had dried faeces on it.
