2. Had room that overlooked pool and very noisy late at night and they had the smoking section outside near the pool and the smell came through the the AC and made room smell like smoke.

4. I am assuming the house keeper were to busy as well to even notice this strong smell and decided the next guest would not smell it as well.

5. I then went down to front desk to report this and the person said he would take care of it,I told him we would be back in 1 to 2 hours on our return with food ready to sit and eat the smell was still there I then go back to desk and the person tries to explain he got busy and forgot.
