1. We went to check in early because we had confirmed an early check in at Candlewood Suites and they told us rudely that they didn't have any early check ins and that we just needed to come back in 2 hours.

2. When we came back at 11 to check in again the man behind the counter was rude when we asked if we could get a credit since the room was ready 8 hours late and said 'well at least you have a room' This hotel is filled with disgraceful employees who have no idea what customer service is.
