1. The problem was eventually resolved but their attitiude was not apologetic, matter of fact we have yet to even receive an apology for the problems that were caused by their mistake.

2. They double billed me ( an admitted mistake by their employee) and it took a few days to sort things out, I had many overdraft charges due to this.
