I have 2 small children and we had driven 5 hours to get to San Antonio after being walked by their sister company I was very upset, but the Manager just told me that I should be grateful that we have a room since it was spring break and his hotel was nicer so he didn't see what the problem was, and we should never be guaraneed a room by check in time because they need more time than that to clean the rooms.

3. The problem was eventually resolved but their attitiude was not apologetic, matter of fact we have yet to even receive an apology for the problems that were caused by their mistake.

5. The only problem was that our ice maker did not work in the room but since we were only staying one night, we didn't tell them about it until next morning.

6. First room I was given had a toilet that would not flush, so had to ask to be switched to another room, though the front desk offered me a plunger to fix the problem myself (I passed).
