1. The new room had a tub and did not smell so bad (at first- the smell came back the next day which made me think perhaps it was a serious hygeine problem on the part of housekeeping staff?) but microwave was broken and iron was missing and the TV only got about half the channels it was supposed to.

2. Our room had broken electrical outlets, light switches and lamps that did not work and a facet in the shower that required a strongman to turn on and off.

3. The elevators were a bit hit and miss, in the week or so that I was there all 3 had broken down at different points, 1 of which was still out of service when we checked out.

4. Actually, during two days of our stay, a second elevator broke down twice (the repairman fixed it in the morning but is was broken again by afternoon).

7. \n\nThe BAD: Very uncomfortable beds, 80's decor, hair dryer had a short and kept turning on all by itself, the shower knob was broken, the toilet didn't work very well.

8. On the plus side, there is a SMALL complimentary breakfast - nothing fancy and you need to sit down for it, no buffet or taking things on the go; there is a pool/spa/sauna/workout room, but these were all out of service during my stay; there is free wi-fi and computers to use, but also, these were down almost the entire time, or very slow; the elevators were broken/slow; the room was very nice with a great bed and pillows, but the housekeeping was bad - some days the room was clean and other days it hadn`t been cleaned at all.

9. This was compounded by one of the three elevators being broken.
