3. unfortunately, we checked in too late to use the pool or fitness facilities, and didn't even get a chance to go see them.

4. I am sure under normal circumstances this hotel is a very pleasant place to stay except for the unfortunate instance of room service insisting on knowing when I am checking out by knocking loudly on the door at 8:00 am and rudely asking when I was leaving.
