1. suite, sofa so broken could not sit on without a pillow under me, lights burned out in bathroom, heat would not work could not adjust temperature and was nosey.

5. Very friendly and professional, but they don't have security cameras and my car was broken in to and they stole my daughters bat bag therefore she didn't have any equipment to play in her tournament which is why we were there.
