1. There was a little mold around the tub, and they double-billed me for the room, but my biggest problem was that the room was extremely hot even though I turned the thermostat down as low as it would go.

5. The layout of the hotel is a bit awkward, but if you're staying multiple nights and can get used to it, it's not a problem and even becomes beautiful.

6. We are preparing a letter to Marriott management informing them of our many problems at this property, which seem atypical for this usually top-notch chain.

7. When we called to complain the front desk was unaware of the problem and never called back to tell us what was wrong or when it might be fixed.

9. My only problem with it was the smoke detector was right above my bed and it emitted a white light and a red light all night long.
