1. I enjoyed nightly walks up the street to Red Butte Garden, which is a bit of a hike but worth the effort if you've eaten a few of the warm choc chip cookies they put out at the registration desk.

2. Moldy bathrooms (even in 2nd room we requested move to), faucet falling off wall, drain clogged in shower, carpet frayed and duct tapped down, furniture badly chipped.
