1. It's a 'charming' hotel --meaning old , dated rooms, lumpy beds, $11/day internet charge (wireless in lobby only), restaurant also passable but not anything special -- a bar setting - tight wooden booths with tables full of name carvings (by undergrads?).

3. If you like a bit of nostalgia, and you don`t mind a tiny room with no natural light, a lumpy bed (just like at grandma`s) and indifferent service then by all means stay.
