1. In all other respects it is awful---the rooms are dingy, the plumbing fixtures don't work, the 'remodels' have been very poor, the staff is harassed, the food not good.

4. It`s certainly true that the hotel is in a great location but despite taking the advice of other trip advisor members to book into new wing, we ended up in older part of hotel - the room was dreary, gloomy and dark-bathroom was awful.
