1. negatives, oddly shaped lobby/bar area, akward room design (sink is very close to the bed and directly faces it), untidy bedsheets, and somewhat unclean bathroom (bath tub was wet and hard hair in it.

2. My only negative comment was that the breakfast sandwiches (English Muffin, Egg and large slice Bacon) were not hot despite the heat lamp they were placed under to keep warm.
