1. The only downside was that Hyatt Place makes progress charges to your credit card (fine with me) but doesn't then slide receipt under your door (not fine).

3. The only 'downside' is that the continental breakfast is just OK- coffee, juice, and starches; if you'd like eggs, meat, or waffles, you have to pay extra; however, if that's the worst that I can say about the Hyatt, I'm just nitpicking- it's a great value for what you are getting, and I would definitely stay there again.
