OK, bright points first:1) They had rooms for the otherwise booked-up period of the Princeton Graduation/Reunions week2) They had some honest staff (Fabiana found a friend`s credit card, bagged it and turned it in it with a pair of her earrings)3) Once things were brought to the manager`s attention, they tried to fix them, with a sense of embarassmentBad things:1) dirty rooms: as in, really dirty.
