2. Negatives, oddly shaped lobby/bar area, akward room design (sink is very close to the bed and directly faces it), untidy bedsheets, and somewhat unclean bathroom (bath tub was wet and hard hair in it.

4. My other problem was from not being from that area I found it hard to find the hotel since it is behind two restaurants and off a highway.
