1. The whole hotel reeks of old cigarette smoke, the carpets are badly wrinkled and stained and whole thing looks like it was transported out of the 70's.

It was a 2 star rating for a too high price for the area and the comparables that I personally saw (I was at a convention and in 3 other hotels); however, it wasn't clean it was dirty stains everywhere, my room didn't function (the bathroom fan, the water pressure, the connecting door wasn't locked and then I locked it and somebody still tried to come in); the staff was poor.

6. Everything, it smelled really bad (rotten or sour smell), it was dirty; the carpets were ripped and stained.
