2. The price was remarkably cheap (through Priceline), so I have no regrets, but I must say that the complaints about the building are somewhat valid.

3. When I went to checkout, the person behind the desk did not want to hear any of it even though you could easliy tell that I was red eyed, sneezing and having problems breathing - he did not respond to my complaints with even an I'm sorry.
