2. The only problem that we had was that we had requested a particular type of room.

3. The 2nd night our room key didn't work (forcing us to walk out of the parking garage, out around the block, and in the front door) - we didn't realize this had been the problem and went up to the room and the key didn't work, and after we got it fixed mentioned it to the only people staying there we talked to and they had the same problem but had been given some fishy reason - don't store it near your cell phone, etc.

4. When I went to checkout, the person behind the desk did not want to hear any of it even though you could easliy tell that I was red eyed, sneezing and having problems breathing - he did not respond to my complaints with even an I'm sorry.

5. Hotel is oldies strange odors when you stepped outside your elevator onto your floor same problem when coming in from the carport onto the elevators.
