4. We stayed at a luxurious downtown Hilton which lived up to its branding with nothing terribly unique or outstanding to offer, not even the staff, who were simply polite and courteous, but not friendly.

6. The rooms were very pleasant, well decorated, clean and comfortable (beds are a bit hard, but nothing terrible) and the bathroom is very classy with granite and tile.

9. Why would anyone put in glass doors to a bathroom? In the morning the light from the bathroom was terrible for those of us continuing to sleep.

10. The shower was terrible, but the hotel is in the process of upgrading the plumbing, which will presumably help.
