3. It's a small detail that can easily overlooked as a non-issue by many, but still not acceptable for a business hotel wing of Hilton to (presumably) omit something like that when it's part of the total bath set of toiletries for other Hilton executive floor rooms.

I'll offer the following praise which is a minor issue but symbolic of a customer service orientation: I liked that they have a couple of *working* desktop computers and a *working* printer conveniently set up in the lobby for the primary purpose of checking in for airline flights and printing boarding passes .
