1. The only problem that I had was with shampoo and conditioner.

2. I was very frustrated that their lobby computer would not work properly due to a software problem and of course, no one there to fix it in time to meet my needs (there is a business center across the street in the main Hilton, however).

5. Due to the crowds and an apparent problem with one of the elevators, we literally had to wait 15 minutes for an elevator to take us up to our room.

8. She was just about to hand us our keys then must have realized that we were two guys staying in a 1 King room and looked at me and simply said 'are you guys staying together?' When I replied that we were and gave her my name 'in case there was a problem with the keys' (the room was under my husband's name) she immediately started typing on the computer again and Voila.
