3. don't know if there's a correlation here, but maybe?(2) 'Do not disturb' signs work very well in keeping Housekeeping out of the room when not welcome.

5. There is significant street construction on 5th and 6th Aves as tracks are being laid for a north-south MAX line but the construction is during the day and did not disturb me.
