4. In the same way, the restaurant in the evening could not cope with the number of diners and I was given a very poor table tucked behind a pillar, with rushed and unfriendly service.

I must compliment the hotel on the quality of the rooms, the breakfast and even the evening reception; however, I experienced such poor service when it came to the hotel`s high-speed internet connection and the service the that hotel`s staff found appropriate to deal with my problem, that I seriously considered changing hotels.
