3. I guess the maid saw the do not disturb sign and failed to return to check on our room.

4. Stayed 2 nights and on our first morning we left our room at 10:30 am and upon departure we removed the do not disturb sign, we returned at 6:30 pm only to find our room had not been cleaned.
