1. Sorry to be negative about this really nice hotel but when you are traveling and paying a fair amount, you hope for some pretty good service and help.

2. The only negative is that the free breakfast buffet does not begin until 730 am on Saturday.

3. The only really negative to the hotel, which is really not their fault was the overabundance of unchaperoned kids running everywhere - playing up and down in the elevators, packing out the small indoor pool, etc.
